About the OP Titans
We started with a simple question.
What would youth baseball look like if the program was designed around players and families—not overhead, politics or expansion for its own sake?
The answer became the Titans
Independent by design.
The OP Titans are a youth baseball program serving Overland Park and the Blue Valley community. We exist to provide players with strong coaching, meaningful competition and a clear development path while protecting the parts of youth sports that still matter most.
Independence allows us to make decisions close to the team. We can build the schedule around development, pursue partnerships that directly reduce family costs and create standards that apply equally to players, parents and coaches.
We are not trying to become the largest program in the city. We are trying to become one of the most trusted.

We play to win and teach players how to compete, while refusing to make a child’s identity dependent on a tournament result.

Families should understand the schedule, expectations, fees and playing-time philosophy before making a commitment.

The Titans may add teams and opportunities over time, but growth will never be more important than quality, culture and affordability.
Leadership
Coaches who are present, prepared and accountable.
The 10U and 12U teams are led by Head Coach Ryan Lengyel with Assistant Coaches David Ramirez and Jon Pestinger.
Our coaches are expected to teach, communicate and model the same composure and responsibility we ask from players. The standard is not perfection. It is preparation, honesty and consistent investment in the team.
